Terms of Service
1. What OranPay is
OranPay is a platform that lets merchants accept Dutch iDEAL payments by connecting their own account with Mollie, a licensed Dutch payment institution, via Mollie Connect (OAuth). OranPay does not hold or custody funds — Mollie settles payments directly to the merchant, and OranPay's fee is deducted automatically per transaction via Mollie's application fee mechanism.
2. Fees
OranPay charges 4% per successful transaction. No monthly or setup fees. The current rate is always shown on the pricing page and may be changed going forward; changes never apply retroactively to already completed transactions.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use OranPay for illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, or anything that violates Mollie's own acceptable use policy — your Mollie connection is subject to Mollie's terms independently of these.
4. Account review
New accounts may be reviewed before live payments are enabled. OranPay may suspend or block an account for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
5. Liability
OranPay is provided as-is. Since Mollie handles fund custody and settlement, OranPay is not liable for delays or failures in Mollie's own payment processing.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. OranPay may terminate access for violation of these terms.
7. Governing law
Dutch law applies.
